Our workshop on 9 April gathered stakeholders from the industry, academia, and public authorities for engaging discussions about the biggest obstacles to recruiting, collaboration between organizations, and how we can make the renewable energy sector more attractive for potential talents. Building upon the success of our initial workshop, where we addressed the critical challenges in recruiting skilled professionals for Norway’s renewable energy sector, we’re excited to announce our next workshop.
