Our program is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of energy leaders. Join us to develop the skills, knowledge, and network needed to drive sustainable solutions and lead in the evolving energy landscape.
In the spring of 2024, 26 young talents from Energy Valley’s member companies were accepted into the first cohort.
As a Future Energy Leader, you will embark on a transformative two-year journey that includes:

Collaborate on real-world projects that address pressing energy challenges, applying innovative solutions.
Workshops
Participate in interactive workshops to deepen your understanding of energy systems, policies, and technologies.
Networking
Connect with a diverse community of peers, professionals, and influencers in the energy domain.
Leadership development
Hone your skills, amplify your voice, and become an advocate for sustainable practices.
You will dedicate approximately 2 hours per week, including participation in workshops, projects, and networking events.
“Be open to new ideas, challenge conventional wisdom, and never underestimate the power of collaboration. Together, you have the potential to drive positive change and build a more sustainable and resilient energy future for generations to come.”
