Join the Norway Pavilion at The European Hydrogen Week

Innovation Norway, The Mission of Norway to the EU, Norwegian Hydrogen Forum and The Norwegian Hydrogen Cluster are working to create a strong Norwegian presence at the European Hydrogen Week 2023 in Brussels from 20 to 24 November. We will for the first time organise a Norway pavilion and networking events at one of the most important meeting places for the global hydrogen industry. 

The European Hydrogen Week is the EU’s flagship policy conference and B2B forum for the nascent hydrogen value chain. Connecting Norwegian companies to investors, partners, policymakers, and potential customers in the EU’s hydrogen value chain is essential to reach Norwegian policy goals of enhancing the export capacity of Norwegian hydrogen companies. Additionally, this is a unique opportunity to highlight political topics (CCS, hydrogen safety, blue hydrogen etc.) with commercial implications to key decision-makers in the EU – Norway’s largest export market.

The focus of the Norway Pavilion is to promote the development of a sustainable, safe, and competitive hydrogen economy, both in Norway and internationally, and to highlight Norway’s expertise in hydrogen production, transport, storage and end-use, with a focus on low-carbon solutions with CCS and renewable energy-powered electrolysers; we give low-carbon solutions global opportunities!

We have booked an 80 sq m stand space for the Norway Pavilion in a central location

Participation fee

Individual stand space (One wall approx. 1,5 x 2,5 m):  approx. EUR 5000 – 6000,- excl. VAT 
Logo on a common wall with access to all facilities at the pavilion: approx. EUR 1000 – 1500,- excl. VAT

Note! As this is an Innovation Norway funded event – It is not possible to apply for additional funding through the Trade Fair funding scheme. 

Norwegian delegation
If you do not wish to exhibit at the Norway Pavilion but wish to join the side events, we will offer a delegation package.

Exhibitors under the Norway Pavilion are entitled to:
• Exhibition space at the pavilion
• Stand construction/dismantling
• Project management 
• Exhibitor passes 
• Participate in Team Norway networking functions 
• High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling

The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norway Pavilion. The final participation fee will depend on the exchange rate between NOK and EUR and the number of exhibiting companies at the pavilion.

All participants are responsible for their own travel-related reservations and fees, such as hotel and flights.
