The purpose of the New Energy Women network is to increase the focus on diversity in the new energy markets of offshore wind, green/blue hydrogen, and solar energy. We believe that encouraging a diverse and inclusive workforce is not just a necessity but a strategic approach to the future of our industries.

The NEW network has the ambition of creating new business opportunities, new relations, and empowering women by knowledge and understanding, to take the stage in the renewable energy sector. It is open for all women who work within the new energy markets.

The NEW network is managed by Norwegian Offshore Wind, H2 Cluster, Energy Valley and Renewables Norway. Equinor is the host of this event.
