We are looking for you who are experiencing challenges in hiring the required competence within renewable energy

Norway’s renewable energy sector is at a crossroads, and the direction we choose now will define our immediate future. To achieve our climate ambitions, we must overcome a critical challenge: recruiting the skilled professionals who will drive our sustainable transformation.

We are facing a talent crisis, and the need for a collaborative approach to recruitment has never been greater. We believe that we should stop competing for the best minds within the industry, and instead join forces to find a long-term and sustainable solution to this challenge.

This spring we are launching a strategic initiative to investigate the complexities of this issue. The focus will be on a workshop, conducted in partnership with Stem Agency, that will unite bright minds from the industry and set forth actionable recruitment strategies. The workshop is not just a meeting of minds but can potentially be a springboard for innovative solutions. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to network, share expertise, and help shape a robust talent pipeline for Norway’s renewable energy industry.

Drawing from the workshop’s discussions, we will form theories which will be further explored through an extensive survey amongst people with recruitment responsibilities in the renewable energy sector. We are excited to unveil the findings of this survey during Arendalsuka 2024 and invite all interested parties to join us.
