Innovation is core at Energy:Connected

This year’s Energy:Connected features a comprehensive program on innovation with Techstars, pitches, masterclasses, CXO session, and a dedicated Energy Invented Lounge.
– With the Energy Invented Lounge, we are creating an area with an informal atmosphere where people can stop by to connect and discuss innovation, technology, and growth, says VP Energy Innovation and Programs Katrine Vetlesen.
In the tent companies connected to the Energy Invented platform and advisors from Innovation Norway, Capgemini Invent and SEB will be ready to network throughout the day.
– This is an opportunity to get one-on-one time with advisors from Innovation Norway, Capgemini Invent, and SEB on strategy, business, and finance. And the Techstars companies and Equinor will be hanging out in their own dedicated corner of the lounge all day, hoping to meet a lot of interesting people, says Vetlesen.

Ready, set, pitch!
On the 19th space historian and author Rod Pyle, will be giving the masterclass “Innovation the NASA way” before the eight founders of the Equinor & Techstars Accelerator program enter the stage, ready to pitch!
– Don’t miss the masterclass on innovation in NASA! Rod Pyle has worked with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Johnson Space Center and has written ten books on the history and technology of space exploration, says Vetlesen and adds:
– I am also really looking forward to the two pitching sessions, and a chance to see what is really going on at the forefront of energy tech innovation these days!
Pitching is also on the agenda on May 20th when the audience can experience some of the industry’s most promising energy technology startups giving their best pitch to a live panel of business experts.
