The role of the Project Manager is main responsibility for projects within digital and sustainable energy, as well as designing new high impact projects that support the business goals and needs of our cluster member companies. This includes mobilizing and coordinating the efforts of cluster members in order to deliver projects according the strategic focus areas.

Initiate, design, facilitate and coordinate projects
Proactively communicate with our members and other stakeholder to maximize output, engagement, success and relevance for the participants.
Develop complete project plans and associated communications initiatives
Facilitate project workshops
Develop and deliver reports and presentations.
Communicate key project results to cluster members and stakeholders
Manage the relationship with the cluster members and all other relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates that are high performing individuals with drive, a positive mindset and with a clear can do attitude.
You have experience, knowledge and understanding within areas like energy, digitalization, business development, innovation, transformation, strategy implementation and change.
Great passion, excitement and understanding of energy & technology, offshore wind and digitalization in particular.
Higher education at university level or equivalent
At least 4-6 years’ experience as project manager or similar
Proven ability to successfully initiate, facilitate, plan and manage e.g. business, energy and digitalization projects
Strong communication capabilities and talent for building network and trusted relationship
Organized and structured
Fluent in at least Norwegian & English
