A time for collaboration and innovation

Never let a serious crisis go to waste. It could be an opportunity to do things you could not do before.

In an uncertain time for the industry, there are opportunities for collaboration in the Energy Valley cluster. According to an article in Harvard Business Review (HBR), companies that are successful innovators have several characteristics that set them apart. Some of them closely linked to cluster thinking; highly collaborative, drawing on more human resources – also outside their own organisation, and moving beyond their culture.
